Terms of service

These terms apply to the Axion website, desktop app, clip hosting, and community tools, together called the service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Axion is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox, Discord, or the creators of Emergency Response: Liberty County.

You must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the platforms you connect and any requirements that apply where you live. If you need a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain it before using Axion. Keep your connected accounts and paired devices secure. Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and do not share access tokens, pairing codes, or community integration keys.

You retain the rights you have in clips and other content you provide. You give Axion permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, including community review and sharing.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to record, upload, and share content. Follow applicable recording and privacy laws and the rules of your game and community. Check your capture settings: recordings can include gameplay, on-screen information, system audio, and microphone audio depending on what you enable.

Community owners and administrators manage membership, roles, integrations, and recording policies. They are responsible for explaining those policies to members, obtaining required permissions, and using footage appropriately. Authorized staff may request clips from connected clients and review footage filed to their community.

Anyone with a public share link can view the shared clip and may save or pass it on. Removing a link cannot remove copies already made by other people. Footage and automated event information should be reviewed in context; they are not a guarantee of a complete or accurate record.

Use Axion lawfully and respect other people. You must not:

• Upload illegal content, exploitative material, or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Harass others, expose private information, impersonate people, or misrepresent footage.
• Access accounts, communities, recordings, or systems without permission.
• Distribute malware, disrupt the service, or bypass access controls, storage limits, or rate limits.

Features, usage limits, and hosted footage retention depend on your plan and the settings of the community where a clip is stored. See the pricing page and your account or community settings for the available limits. Save a local copy of anything you need to keep; Axion is not a permanent archive.

Where paid services are offered, the price, billing period, and applicable purchase conditions are shown at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Axion depends on your device, network, and third-party services. Recordings, uploads, and integrations can fail or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free recordings, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using Axion at any time. We may restrict access or remove content when necessary to address violations of these terms, security risks, or legal obligations. Leaving a community or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete footage already uploaded. The privacy policy explains how information is handled and what controls are available.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the service where required. Any changes apply subject to applicable law.
